Inspiring
dreams

For several years now, the Air France Foundation has been supporting the association 1 Maillot pour la Vie (1 Jersey for Life), which offers sick children the chance to enjoy an unforgettable experience alongside star athletes, worlds away from their hospital bed.

Because a happy child heals more quickly, 17 children from Margency Children’s Hospital (Val-d’Oise) took a behind-the-scenes look at the airport and the people who run it last May 9, thanks to help from Isabelle, Sylvie, Aude, Alexandra and Christian, Air France station managers at Paris-CDG Terminal 2F; the staff of Culture Client Moyen-Courrier; and the Air France Foundation. The day’s activities included a tour of an A330, guided by a pilot and flight attendant; a look at a Paris-Aéroport fire truck; then a presentation of airport-related jobs and runway equipment by Air France employees. These 17 kids left with great memories and stars in their eyes.
